Technical Customer Service Representative
Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada - near Toronto Pearson International Airport

Nett Technologies Inc., a leading manufacturer of engine emission control systems has an immediate opening for a Technical Customer Service Representative. The company designs and manufactures a full range of exhaust after-treatment emission control products for OE and aftermarket diesel, LPG, gasoline and natural gas engines. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical sales support to inside and outside sales team including order entry, phone and e-mail inquiries
- Provide sales consultative service to determine market application needs
- Provide technical assistance for emission controls selection
Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Solid people skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Self motivated and organized with strong time management skills
- Strong PC/MS Office skills
Additional Preferred Competencies:
- Post secondary education in a technical/mechanical field
- 2+ years of technical/mechanical experience
- Understanding of engine exhaust emissions control systems
- e-commerce experience
- Exposure to manufacturing and B2B support processes
