Our on-line sizing program will assist you in selecting the right model of Nett® catalytic converter for your application. At this time, only diesel engines are supported by the program.
Exhaust Gas Flow Rate Determination
Catalytic converters are sized based on the engine exhaust gas flow rate. Please choose one of the following methods to determine the exhaust gas flow from your engine.
Note: This calculator will select catalyst options from our standard product lines designed for mobile engines. If you require a larger catalyst size, such as those used for large stationary engines, please contact us directly.
- Method 1: Provide the exhaust gas flow rate and exhaust gas temperature. Follow this link if the flow rate is known (e.g., from the engine manufacturer specification).
- Method 2: Estimate exhaust flow rate from the engine power rating.
- Method 3: Estimate exhaust flow rate based on the engine type, speed and displacement.
